Lump on back

Several months ago I was accidently crushed by a patient we were removing from a helicopter.

I was sore, but ok. Since that time I started developing a large lump on my back. The lump was not painful and the workmans comp doctor said I was fine.

Well now the lump covers my whole lower back. I was getting no where with their doctor, so I went to mine. Who thinks whatever the issues is is in my L4 spinal area because I've been having left leg pain. I had an xray today, but have not gptten the results back yet.

So any idea what this LARGE(7 inches across 4 inches top to bottom) soft lump could be? Tje lump otself isn't painful. Just the spine .

Sorry for all the typos my phone is acting funny.
