LTC/SNF Contract

I was offered a position in an LTC/SNF facility. Their contract states I have to be on call when the facility needs me and that my pay will be based on RVU without mentioning how much I will be making per RVU.
Is it normal for the employment agreement to be that broad? What is the usual pay for RVU in that setting?
Thank you.

Why don't you contact them and ask them about the RVU pay?  The people here can't answer this.

As for being on-call, what does "when the facility needs me" mean?  You have a right to request clarification.  Normally, staff are on "on call" on a specified schedule - one weekend a month, etc.  Are you paid for being on call?  How much?

It is normal to request clarification for items on an employment offer/contract.  There is no reason to be shy about doing so.  If the organization is nasty or refuses to provide clear answers, then I wouldn't work there.
