LPN vs RN?

I'm sure there have been a ton of threads on this..

I went into my clinic the other day getting immunizations and I noticed that all the nurses working were all LPNs or MA's.

In your experience what has the difference in job duties been between an LPN and an RN?

    There are immense differences in responsibilities, scope of practice, and pay. If you're considering nursing it's definitely a good idea to do a google search as suggested. What you decide is very personal based on what you want to do, where you want to work, and how much farther you want to go.
