Hello,Its been a while since Ive posted.I joined in 2004.And I love this site.Reading other nurses questions and concerns have helped me feel better when I become discouraged or lose confidence.Thank you all.Im still doing Home care.Been with the same company for 2 years.Plan on staying with them through nursing school for my RN.My question or concern is I have been awarded nurse of the year.Which makes me feel very good. But I know a nurse who has been with this company 10+ years.Works full time and has a family.I asked this nurse if she ever was awarded nurse of the year after she congradulated me and she said no.And I felt bad.She told me that I always fill in when they are in a bind. And that they dont know what they would do without me.Made me feel good.I told her she should have it though.Any comments is greatly appreciated.
