LPN to RN

Published

I will be graduating this summer from Fortis and am looking for an LPN to RN program that I get into. Anyone have any advice? TNCC and TCC have affiliated schools and being that Fortis is not one of those schools, they advised me to just do the standard 2 years. I am trying to look for other options and would appreciate any feedback

You mention you're graduating from Fortis College. Just curious why you're not interested in their LPN to RN program, it's 15 months.

I ask because I am strongly considering this school.

Thanks :clown:

I am considering the Norfolk campus.

I must admit though, I am a little concerned about the program NOT being NLNAC accredited. :crying2:

Not sure what to do ?

yeah. that is a new program that's why. but you should be able to still take hte nclex right? i'm at the norfolk campus too actually. but i'm in the lpn program. it's hard trying to find a goo dprogram. where did you go for your lpn"?

Yes, you should be able to take the NCLEX once you graduate from Fortis.

I went to VB Vo-Tech many, many moons ago . Great LPN school - high pass rate. I have a relative at Fortis, she's in the LPN program and really loves it !

really? what mod? junior? i'm in the junior mod right now.

i love it, i am just looking for some options for lpn to rn and it's a pain! lol
