Does anyone know of a good reputable online LPN-RN program? Are these recommended rather than actually attending a campus?

There are several, it depends on what state you are living in. Not all programs are acceptable in all states. Western Governer's is only accepted in 3 or 4 states. 12 or 13 states will not accept Excelsior's program for initial RN license, several will not accept for initial license or endorsement. Indiana State University has an LPN-BSN proram that is accepted in several states.

There are still many skills you're not familiar with that you learn in the second year of a RN program. There are reasons those programs aren't nationally accepted. Do yourself a favor and find a nice community college or another alternative to an online program.
Thanks. I have decided to do my school's LPN-RN bridge program instead.
