Lpn refresher courses?!?

Hi I've been out of school for 2.5 years now and I'm super worried that I won't pass my NCLEX. I should've taken it right out of school ugh. Does anyone have any advice on how to jump back in? Any refresher courses? Also who else agrees that it would look good on a job application if I state that I took a refresher course with a clinical component? I should explain that I have 6 misdemeanors (arrests) for driving without a license so I was terrified to go before the board and get denied so I just didn't. We'll I went yesterday and got approved :) only thing is I've been put on 6 months probation whenever I start a job and in the words of the committee "it won't be impossible to find a job but it will be hard". So I feel that I have so much against me now. Anyone else have a criminal history and get hired at a nice facility anyways?
