LPN Program

Does anyone have ( or know of anyone) who has attended the New England Practical School of Nursing in Manchester NH? I was wondering what the program was like and possibly what type of interview questions are asked. Whenever I call them they seem very busy and are somewhat abrupt..and at times bordering on rude and I'm concerned whether or not this is a program worth attending.

thanks

Hi Kelly,

With any luck I will be headed there...if you could forward the docs that would be fantastic! (you can PM me)

I would like to get a feel for what I'm going to need to know.

As far as the nurse's notes...are you referring to documenting and charting?

thanks

I know there is a good care plan book that a lot of us liked and borrowed from each other and for the life of me I cannot remember the name or author so I will talk to the girls at clinical tomorrow and get back to you with the name and author.

Also as a heads up look into writing nurse's notes-there is actually a finesse to them and what an instructor likes to see.

Are you headed to NHTI? If so I can forward you some of the documnets for the careplans and such to let you see ahead of time.

Most of all keep yourself organized, keep yourself relaxed, and learn how to use an outline.:trout:
