LPN evening programs?

Does anyone know of any LPN evening programs? I work full time and life in Broward County, Florida.

I want to work and get my LPN then go on to RN.

There is Mc fatter, but I believe there full time evening class is 1pm-10pm. But they also offer a part time program from 6pm-10pm but it will take longer. Then there is Sheridan I believe they start at 3pm in the after noon. Try Broward Community college and asking for their hours for LPN program. I am not too sure of your work hours and your commute. But try Palm Beach County and finding a program there. I attend Miami Lakes Technical(4pm-9:30pm), and most of my classmate are from broward, they felt the hours fit their schedule as oppose to schools in Broward. I hrpe this helps you out. But from what I heard Mcfatter & Sheridan are outstanding schools for LPN.

I am in the part time program at McFatter Tech in Davie. I go from 5pm-10pm, M T and Th. The part time program takes 21 months to complete compared to 12 months if you go full time, 8am-2pm M-Th or 2pm-10pm M-Th. I dont mind the extra time that it takes for the part time program because I work full time. I just finished Term 1A and am in Term 1B now. I think the part time program is the perfect time and pace if you work and cant go full time. But if you dont work or have a flexible schedule and you can do the full time program than go for it, that would be great too. McFatter is the only technical school out of the 3 (Sheridan, Atlantic, McFatter) that offers a part time program. The other 2, including McFatter all offer full time programs. If you are planning to do the part time program at McFatter, the next program starts in October 2009. I would go to the school and meet with the counselor and find out all you need to do and get started and finished ASAP that way you can get a seat in the program. Hope this helps! :)

I saw your post and saw that you attend miami lakes tech, I started may 4th. I would like to know if you have the book "Introduction to health occupations 6th edition". If you are finish with it would you mind selling the book.

miastudent2010 hey welcome to miami lakes, that book you are speaking of we did not use it so therefore i dont have it. i started in january of this year, its been a ride. so far we have 3 people in our class that are no longer with us. are you going in the mornings or evenings? who is your instructor?
