LPN class schedule

I start the practical nurse program in Sept. I was surprised when I saw the schedule. I have class on Mon, lab/clinical on Tues and Wed. That's it. I'm worried about one day a week classes. We are on a quarter system and the PN program runs Sept through May.

Anyone else have this kind of schedule?

What is a normal class schedule?

I am starting my 4th block of an LPN program. We go 4 days a week, but two have been clinicals up until now, and they are 12 hour days.

This block we're starting 5 days.

How long is your program?

This is my schedule for September through November. I don't know what it will be like after that.

Monday 9-4:30, Tuesday 7:00-1:00, Wednesday 7:00-5:30

That sounds like a part time program at best? The part time (20 month) program near here is T-W-Th class 4pm to 8:30 pm and clinicals every other Sat & Sun 6:30am to 3:30pm.

The fulltime programs, day or evening are all two days of classes and three days of clinicals, 8-9 hours/day, 5 days a week for 11 months.
