Hello ladies and gents I'm new to this site and would love feedback from anyone who could help. First off I'm a stay at mom who is looking to go back to school at the University of Texas in Arlington; to be able work in a hospital setting as a CNA or PCT in the mom and baby unit. What exactly would be the tasks both of those positions would have to do in a works day/night? How did you manage finding a position a hospital and get hired off the bat? what is the pay like for these two careers? And if I ever wanted to further my career to obtain a job position as a RN what's the steps to take? Which of the two is a better option to be able to advance in to a better position? What other types of jobs are there in l&d unit besides doctors and nurses? Any experience in your behalf? What's your story? Thanks ☺
