Lost PRC Board Rating

hi. I lost my orig. PRC board rating, is it possible to get a second copy from PRC? I still have the photocopy and Red ribbon that i used before. what are the requirements? pls. help!!!

    Yeah. You may still get a copy. Authenticated one i supposed. Just go to prc and pay for the necessary fee.

    Of course, you can get copies as much as you need it which costs 75.00 Php, you can find the requirements at PRC's website or at any nursing websites :)
