Looking for suggestions

I am looking for clinical preceptorship in Sacramento, CA for my NP core courses. I have checked with several of the major hospitals, and been told "not taking" or "to full" for NP preceptorship. I have contacted my school and the list is very limited with the above comments.

Anyone have any thoughts. To this issue?

    Are you a member of any organizations (e.g., ANA, AANP? From what I understand, they usually have a list of potential preceptors. You can also try going door to door at different clinics and MD offices. That's what I did for the majority of my rotations and it worked. Good luck.
