I am looking to start a technical college in the summer for my associates degree but I want to further my education at a University. I want to obtain my BSN so which program is great to start with an AA or AS.

I'm in an Associates degree then transferring to a BSN immediately. You'll take the NCLEX-RN afterwards for both.

It depends...which major or concentration will your AA or AS degree be in?
Do you realize that associate degree nursing programs exist? Once you graduate, you are eligible to take NCLEX. Once you pass NCLEX, you are an RN.
