Looking for an RN to help me!

Hello RN's! I need to do aninterview for my nursing school and would you believe that I do not know any RN's? So I am in a bit of a pickle. i just need to do a general interview with an RN and I was hoping someone on these boards would be willing to help me!

All I really need to know is what your back round is in nursing? What is your education history where do you work now and in what field and anything else you would be willing to share like what you have learned in the profession etc...

You could just reply to this or PM me id you would like, I would appreciate it so much because I am at a loss right now, If i dont find a nurse to do this I have to make it up and that just seems stupid because then what will I learn, right?

Is there an RN in a particular specialty you would find most helpful to interview? I would think most here would be happy to help-- I would put it out there what kind of nurses you would most like to hear from--Oh and I am a psych nurse if you are interested in that.....did an accelerated BSN after a BS in health science and education. Thank you for all your replys! I am interested in all types of RN's stories as I have not yet decieded which field I would like to go into. I am thinking of getting some critical care experience after I graduate but my other interests are Psych, Labor and Delivery, aneistheisology...all the fields are interesting to me right now actually.

I would also like to know what you value about being a nurse and what you think I could learn from a nurse like yourself.

I dont believe I can PM anyone until I have more posts under my belt so feel free to send me any info you want I am excited to learn about all of you!
