In the Houston area I know that the Lonestar college system including North Harris, Kingwood, Montgomery, Tomball and maybe Cy-Fair offer a LVN or LP to RN program. In addition San Jacinto (sp?) college offers the LVN or LP to RN program. I am not sure, but check into the Houston Community College system as well. The 4 year schools in the area offer a fast track for 2nd degree seekers transitioning to RN if you have a previous degree from a 4 year college.

Prairie View also has an LVN-to-BSN program somewhere in the Houston metro area.
I live near the medical center in Houston. SO all I know is Prairie View for LVN-BSN and Houston Community College for LVN-ADN
