Looking to move to Miami

Hi everyone! I know this has been done before, but the searches I have done pulled up threads that were several years old and I would love if anyone could give me up to date information.

Im an ER nurse for almost 10 years, and I'm looking to move to Miami in the next 6 months or possibly even the beginning of next year. I'm considering taking a travel nurse job at first mainly to have housing and a guaranteed job when I get there, but I'm really looking to land a staff job in an ICU there. I'm planning on applying to CRNA school in the future, so an ICU job is a must.

I'm interested in knowing what the current pay rates are (I know they are much lower than NY) for someone with my experience and what hospitals to check out or avoid.

Thanks in advance!
