Looking for some flow sheets

Hi I am currently working on a pedi unit. I just started working here in October, we have a new director and we are trying to bring the unit out of the dark ages. We are still paper charting and we are in need of a new updated nursing flowsheet/assesment form, that includes the assesment Q12H, fall precautions, pain, etc. can anyone help me out??:D

First thing look for posts by Daytonite in the new nurses forum. She is a miracle worker. Then do a search on work sheets. This is a common question. But why aren't you in computer charting yet?

that is a good question. like I said we are stuck in the dark ages. we have meditech but we only have it for email, admission assessments, and entering orders. I came from a hospital in san antonio that we did computer charting on everything the only thing on paper was the MAR. Paper charting is sooo time consuming. :bugeyes:
