I'm not sure by what you mean by a "state enrolled nurse"? Do you mean a nurse employed by the state (as in, individual states) or by the federal government? What sort of nurse, as the type of position will naturally dictate the job description? Could you clarify a bit, perhaps then one of us could point you in the right direction.
