Loewenberg Fall 2015

Hey all! I was hoping to start a thread for those of us who have applied to the Loewenberg School of Nursing for the fall 2015 semester. I am a 26 year old mother to an awesome little dude. I have a degree from U of M in professional studies, but nursing school has always been my dream. My GPA isn't super great. It's a 3.15. I slacked off freshman year. I'm still hoping I'm competitive enough to get in! We shall see!

    I haven't decided yet. That's just the absolute best stethoscope, I hear. I have a few friends who are nurses and this one is their favorite!

    I was accepted as well!! I'm sooo excited and a little nervous :) I moved here from Austin, Tx w/ my husband who's in the military. So I hope to make some new friends while in the nursing program!

    After looking on the Facebook page I thought I saw that the only Littmann stethoscope allowed is the Classic SE II. But I could be very wrong lol. Just thought I'd let you know before you got one :)

    I talked to a few people who said they had a cardiology III the whole time and no one said anything....maybe I will call and find out.
