Are you allowed to open your locker during the break to get a snack or water that your brought?

So from reading that it says you can access food or water on your breaks you just can't bring them into the testing room, so that would mean that it is okay to open your locker to get it?

Yes. But you just won't be able to access your phone or study guides. You could cancel your test for that. Good luck on your NCLEX!

You are allowed to, but in my opinion it is dangerous to do it alone. Make sure an attendant goes with you to watch and make sure you don't do anything wrong so there is no question that you didn't try to cheat.
