The state I'm living in right now is looking putting me on some kind of years-long probation, but I have active licenses in other states. Can I 'disappear' to one of these other states without agreeing to going on probation in my current state?

That doesn't sound very ethical not something a professional nurse would do.

Asking on a board for professionals how to circumvent the law is not a good idea, and is definitely not in your best interest.

The membership here cannot help you with that. As the previous poster stated, you might want to find an attorney.
