If a job posting says you need to be licensed in that state, does having a compact license from another state suffice? I took nclex for texas but was wondering for jobs in another state which is also a compact state? Thanks in advance!

    You can apply for jobs in other compact states, but if you were to actually relocate for one of these jobs, you could legally work in another compact state under your Texas license for a maximum of 30 days. After that, you'd need to become licensed in your new state to continue working there legally.
