The final test for Level 1 is today. It's 4 times as long as all our other tests in the past 2 months. We're finishing up clinicals at the LTC facility and taking the test b4 taking care of our residents tonight.
After our test and clinical evaluations review later this week, I'll be eligible to take the CNA test.
Any advice on whether or not working as a CNA while finishing PN school would be beneficial? Has anyone else gone this route?

I already have my CNA but I'm still in my first year. I think that you have experiences in the hospital that might help you relate to what you will be learning in school.
If you aren't working and are planning on getting a job, I would have to wonder if working would hinder you more than help since you would have less time to devote to studying.
Good point. I'll have to really consider that because I will need even more time for studying going forward.
So, this was a pass/fail level and I passed with a 99 on my final.
:yelclap: Yeay me!

I would. It's always reassuring to me to have that CNA card in my wallet, it's a good thing to have until you get done with nursing school. If you make it through clinicals and the written part of your class, you'll do fine on the CNA state test.
