LBCC Fall 2019

I called on Monday and they said it should be mailed out by the end of week but I guess they lied.. I feel like at this point we might get it the first week of May.

If anyone hears anything today or contacts the nursing dep can you update us thank guys !

Called around 8 am and now she’s saying a different story. Last Thursday she said it would be mailed out by the end of last week. Today she said they probably going to make the decisions today.. l give up on them

Wait make decisions like they haven’t even chosen the applicants? Did she say when they will be mailed or when we should receive them?

I'm sure its hard to make a decision when ever application pretty much looks the same. Besides the varying GPAs

Lol yes. I was in awe.. she said soon.. she never gave me an exact day so im guessing like in 2 weeks

One of my very good friend who’s already in the program told me there’s word that they will be sent out today ! Let’s hope that is the case I cannot wait another two weeks ! Lol

Okay good cause I was about done with that department. They kept saying different things. Let us know if you know anymore details! Thanks!

Update! I was told by both Marc and Sigrid (head of the department) that selections are just starting to be made this week. My prereq was overlooked as they thought I did not take a course and have been in contact with them to fix this, therefore, I hope this week is actually when selections are being made and no longer delayed! Hopefully mails will be sent out by the end of this week as the wait game is giving so much anxiety! Good luck to everyone ?

How did you get a hold of Marc? And did they contact you about yor pre req or how did you know it was overlooked ? Also good luck to us all ?

I received the a copy of my life science equivalency form stating that I did not take a course. Therefore, I called Sigrid to get a hold of Mark since he was not answering his calls. Mark then spoke to me via phone call and contacted me via email to fix the mistake on their end.
