Hi when did they reach out to you about an interview? I called a couple days ago they said they are currently on a hiring freeze /:

July 30th at like 9am in the morning. They told me there were no interview spots for any of the open positions.

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope more positions open up soon! It's tough out here as a new grad RN.

I thought the same! I had no hopes because of the hiring freeze but they didn't reach out to me first, I received an email on Tuesday saying they're doing virtual interviews for the RN 1 position for NICU, PICU, and L&D and to call the office to schedule because it was first come, first served. I called about 30 min after I got the email and I overheard them saying there were no L&D spots anymore, just NICU and PICU. so they filled up pretty fast.

It's like a war out here for us new grads! I wish I saw the email sooner. Their office was already closed when I first saw the email, unfortunately.

ohh I see! What email did they sent you the info from? Or was it something you needed to sign up for ?

I didn't know they got filled up that quickly. They hire every other week so maybe try teaching out next week if any other department is open for interviews.

I was surprised too. I will definitely be calling often!

It was from the LA General Nurse Recruitment email and no I didn't sign up for it necessarily. I applied early in the month for the RN 1/Relief position, took the assessment, and emailed them after with the 3 units I was interested in etc. but when I called then to see if anything was open, they told me no. I hadn't gotten anything until now
