I am a nursing student and current CNA and LVN, my passion and long term goal is to become a L&D nurse. My interview is for L&D tech, which I think is a GREAT opportunity and step in the right direction.
My question is, during the interview, what should I focus on??? I want to be prepared as much as possible, considering I've never worked in L&D,PP, or even ER or ICU. What might they ask? Should I talk about my passion for this specialty?
I need all the help I can get, This is an amazing opportunity and a chance to get my foot in the door!!!
Thank you in advance for your advice.....

All the interviews I have had ask questions about my performance at previous jobs, so prep yourself by thinking back on a time you went above and beyond, a time you didn't meet expectations, a time you had a difficult patient/customer, a time you had a disagreement with a co-worker. I think those were the big ones I struggled with on the spot!
