hi everyone,
i've been doing my prereqs for BSN at Montgomery College and have a 3.5 GPA however, in January my son was very ill for about a month and I missed almost all the deadlines for transferring into any local university's BSN program. i've considered doing my CNA and working for a year then applying for Fall '10 but i'm almost in my mid-30's, not getting any younger and not sure i want to wait that long so i'm thinking about applying for UDC's BSN program.
i would like to get anyone's opinions on the program as well as anyone who has been/is currently in the program
-has anyone heard if the program is good or not (there is a stigma attached to UDC, but that doen't bother me as long as the program is good)
-will future prospective employers frown on my getting my degree from UDC? (will it affect my getting hired in the future?)
-does anyone know the pass rate for NCLEX
a little about me: i love nursing and couldn't imagine going into any other profession :-) i am so excited to start a nursing program

I have heard they are having problems with their accreditation right now. That's all I know though - no specifics.
