Do any of you keep track of how many deliveries you attend? I decided this year, as my new year's resolution, to do just that.
But, because of liability concerns, I keep only the basics in a little notebook: date, sex, method of delivery. I do not write any confidential patient info (names, etc), nor do I make any notations about anything about the delivery that could be called into court.
I've always been curious as to how many deliveries I've attended, and now I can at least find out a rough number for the year.

In the UK you have to keep all the above mentioned information for at least 25 years.

i think the OP is referring to a PERSONAL record, not one at the hospital/birth center.
I keep no such record....have given thought to it, however....
