KAPLAN users Question Trainer Test 4

hi all,

im planning to take my nclex -RN test 2nd time in october,ive just using kaplan only,im quite worried about my test 4 my score is 48 percent,which i felt so bad,is it really bad score? my test 3 is 68 percent which is not to bad.could anyone advice me please,

there are so much information we have to study :selfbonk: that you probably forgot some of the information. just go back to the questions you got wrong and reread the information in the nclex review book, and also try to figure out why you got the question wrong. i think q trainer 5 to 7 are more close to nclex test. good luck
