kaplan refund

Did you sign a contract? What does that say about a refund?

How do you get a refund from Kaplan. I took the class and didn't pass and the lady tried to give me a hard time.

I was signed up to take the course at Kaplan prior to my graduation. However, I did not graduate because I transfer out of the program to another College. Kaplan allowed me to use the credit for the course. In addition, If I had not passed the NCLEX the first time than I was able to attend the course again for free with counseling as well for free. I did not have a refund return to me and it was never an option of to recieve money back. Hoever, I did pass and I did not need too do the second option. Therefore, read over your contract and see if money was going to be refund or you can take the course again.

I did not pass nclex and i took kaplan....as long as you attended every class and took the diagnostic and readiness test and this was your first time taking it you get ure money back....you need to go the nearest kaplan center and return your book and cd and shw them your letter stating you didnt pass it takes about two weeks but youll get ure money back....if they give u a hard time keep calling them and bugging them abiut it
