For anyone who is currently having some testing anxiety (as I am), come and share your progress! Also, for any first-time test takers who have already passed the NCLEX-RN from using these Kaplan Trainers, etc, please share your stories! I am sure it relieves a lot of anxiety to know if we are on the right track or not. Here is my current progress:
A little bit about myself:
Graduated 2013, BSN, 1st time test taker for NCLEX-RN, tentative date 11/12/13 (contemplating on changing my date), started studying Oct 3rd.

I'm a second time passer, but it was my first time using kaplan when I tested for the second time. It's kind of hard to see where you are at because your scores really do fluctuate. My advice is to go at it more and try to stay very consistent above the 60% range. Do not worry, you have plenty of time to work on it since you are not far off on it. Stay focused and you'll tackle this thing.

I think you should study your weak areas, your scores are scattered and under the 65 you should be aiming for for trainers 5-7.

Keep your qbanks at 50 questions.

Thanks for the honesty and advice guys! I have been focusing on my weak areas, (btw that 32% was due to an early submission after 27 Qs on a 50Q Qbank)….also Ive been reading around and have found that there are first time passers who've tested in my ranges and lower so there is hope for me. I am not trying to take the test blindly but I do have to carry around some kind of confidence and faith of self before going into this thing…I plan on redoing the 5-7 trainers again, but I think the main problem I am having is sticking with my answers and not running through the questions so quickly. I will post up my new scores soon, including the Qbanks (most of which have been 50 Q sets btw)…PS this is the schedule from Kaplan I've been following (excluding the trainer redos).
