Kaplan NCLEX prep....

hello everyone,

i take my nclex this coming tuesday (the 21st) and i was wondering....

for those who have done kaplan, what was your overall q-bank average, and what did you get on question trainers 6 & 7???

so far i have done 95% of the q-bank with a 60% average.

i took question trainer 6 today and got a 64%... planning to do #7 tomorrow or so.

am i ready to test????? and do you think kaplan helped you to feel well prepared?

please help me calm my nerves. :)

It sounds like you are doing well! I have had similar scores and my test is scheduled for June 21st. I have done almost all of the question trainers but only have about 58% of the Qbank done. My readiness test was 68%. I feel like Kaplan has prepared me well. Just have confidence! I'm sure you'll do fine!

Your scores are really good! I have an average of 54% on the Qbank questions (I did ALL of them) and 54% on the Readiness test. QT 6 and 7=60%. Our instructor said to aim for at least 60% on the QTs and Qbanks. Just make sure to review the rationales.

Kaplan is an awesome study tool. Found out today that I passed NCLEX with 75 questions. Good luck!

Good luck.

I believe Kaplan is a good way to review. I didn't take their review course. I took NEC. But I did accidentally stumble upon Kaplan question trainers online as I was searching for more practice questions. I did 3,000 total questions before I took the NCLEX... most of them coming from Kaplan. I got mid 60s to low 70s for my scores. And I passed NCLEX. Know your lab values and write down notes from the rationales to go over later. YOU CAN DO IT.
