Can you use your Kaplan CD only twice? This is what I experienced. I called them and they said it was probably a bad CD and to return it which I did. I tried to remove the old installation but could not do it all the way. When I returned the book and CD I noticed the exam numbers were the same, i.e., 5030 and 5050. But I could not reinstall the new one.
Any suggestions? I would like to study it over the weekend and probably won't be able to contact Kaplan until Monday.
Thanks for any help.

Yep. I checked two different books out of the library. Only could take it twice. I got a chance to use springhouse's CD. Muuuuuch better. Could do a billion tests with as many questions as you wanted. PM me if you want more info. I graduated just over a year ago.
This is outrageous! I paid $40.00 for the book and CD. You mean I paid for a CDI don't own? There are only about 180 test questions in the book which you can go through pretty quickly, and they GUARANTEE YOU WILL PASS? I don't get it.

You can do the test as many times as you want. When it asks for that 10 digit number just punch in a different one every time. I did this for mine, and it worked. The test is the same every time which I didn't like, but the book had some great test taking skills which I used during my NCLEX. I would suggest the Saunders CD. It has a lot of questions and the tests are different every time.
Good Luck!
