Kaiser Permanente Program 2016

Hadn't received any emails. Emailed today, was informed to check junk mail which I was every single day. Immediately forwarded rejection email this morning, didn't even get a chance to interview.

Stats:

4 Years ICU this March. General Med/Surgical ICU w/ cardiac surgery CABG/Valves/TAVRs. Hypothermia protocol, IABP, CRRT.

UBC Chair

Preceptor

3.7 BSN GPA

Don't know exactly what they want. Thought I'd at least get an interview. Keep your head up folks! Stay diligent and persistent. We WILL get in!

Still no emails..Does anyone else still got no either rejection or interview email?

AmericanMexRN, so before you got that rejection email, your online portal already has the "want to reapply" option? Do you have CCRN?

Yes it did have re-apply option. Yes had CCRN.

Has anyone asked Kaiser how many candidates they interview? I've read so many differing opinions, anywhere from 60-120. Also, any insight on what clinical questions might be asked? It sounds like a great program with a wide range of clinical experience.

Does anyone know if their program gives preference to already-Kaiser employees? People have said no, but I'm thinking otherwise

I am new to this site and applied to KPSAN for the first time this last year. I received an email on December 22nd offering me an interview on February 3rd!! I too would love to hear from anyone who has interviewed there in the past and I hope everyone has been contacted by now. Good luck to everyone! Does anyone know the exact start date if we are lucky enough to be accepted? I know it's somewhere in August.

Their site (FAQ) says they do not give preference to Kaiser employees.
