have worked there what deaprtment is her offer?

Heard Kaiser oakland was traveler friendly. Hit and miss with Kaisers, stay away from Bellflower Kaiser. Considered going there(oakland) because i had worked with a couple of nurses who liked it. Took an assignment in Oceanside instead

she was offered an icu position.. she has further heard you float 90 percent of the time and they even float you to the ER which is a nightmare.. she took a postion at hayward kaiser.. she only floats to the stepdown unit there..she loves it

I am working for Kaiser Oakland right now. Its definitly very different from floor to floor. I am on 12 hr day shift and i dont like it at all. Its my least favorite hospital thus far. However many night shift travellers like it and some travelers on other floors like it as well. It just depends on the dynamics of your unit. I know my floor is very disorganized and im running like hell the day my contract is over. Good luck to you if you go there.
