Well I just enrolled to start my pre-reqs, but I feel like I'm behind already because I was placed in remedial math and reading. I'm in the very last reading class which is good because its more like a refresher. But the math I have two more remedials after that unless I test out. Anyways, I hope to get all my pre-reqs done, also the program I'm going to make you take the supporting courses before you apply as well. Am I the only one who feels like this is going to take forever? I know that having a goal and reaching it makes all this alittle easier, I just hope I can do this. I want this so bad!!!
My questions to everyone are:
How long did it take you to take all you pre reqs, supporting courses, etc?
Out of all the pre-reqs which courses were the most challenging?
How many classes would you consider to be overload?
Any advice would be helpful.... thanks!!

I have been working on my prerequisites for a year and a half :) I only take 2 classes at a time though, I have 3 kids and too many credit hours is overload for me! Out of the classes I have taken so far, I would probably say the most challenging is A&P :/ I think I personally overlaoded myself iwth an 8 week A&P... probably won't do it again after this semster, but everyone learns at their own pace... so that doesn't mean you couldn't do it that way! I am sure you will get through it, just keep your head up!! :)

I started all my prereqs january 2009 and I just started my first semester of the rn program! don't feel bad about placing in a beginners math, as I too had to work my way up from beginners alg all the way to college alg! knock out 2 at a time and go straight through the summer even. there is a light at the end of the tunnel i promise! be patient, do well in your pre reqs and good luck on your journey!
