JTCC Nursing program VA

hello-

i am applying to the john tyler program and i was wondering what's a good score on the teas? i know they have a minimum but i'm just wondering what accepted students usually score. also does anyone know how many students are accepted and how many apply?

okay I went to John tyler today to get all of my enrollment paper work done. I did'nt know tha, they did'nt have the LPN to RN track anymore. So I will be going the old regular route, starting spring 2011. I'm excited though, I am taking the steps to become an RN!

There's not really a good score for the TEAS. Pretty much if JTCC nursing program requires you to be in the 45th percentile then that's a good enough score. They don't accept people with the highest TEAS score, just GPA. So as long as you score in the 45th percentile, it'll be fine!

Yeah, 45th percentile is good enough for Tyler.

I scored 97th percentile, and I was surprised at how relatively easy the TEAS was, and it surprised me how many people scored under the 45th percentile.
