I currently live in GA. I have applied to a position at Sloan Kettering. Is there anyone that can give me any info. Pros, Cons or any suggestions of other hospitals to look into in NYC. Thanks!

If you are looking to find a job in NYC, one of the things to realize is that you are entering a very competitive job market with a surplus of nurses, particularly new grads/inexperience. You may ned to expand your search beyond acute care facilities such as hospitals. Include nursing homes, rehab facilities, outpatient settings, etc. You may also have to work in a speciality that isn't your first choice.
