Job Interview for UK

Hello Nurses,

I hope you guys can give me helpful tips on how to become prepared for a job interview. I applied to IPAMS and its partner agency in UK is Continental Travel Nurses. It would be a big help if you could give me an idea of the possible interview questions so that I can come ready and confident and hopefully get the job. ������

    I don't see why such interviews would be substantially different from a domestic job interview. Might be a clinical question. Should be a behavioral question such as how did you handle a confrontation with a staffer or physician. British hospitals are not third world (I don't know what IPAMS is) but you may still have to improvise more than you might here. I was recently asked a possible relevant question about how I handled it when the hospital did not provide the resources (probably help) needed that I had experienced.

    There are lots of books and internet resources on job interviews. Look over some questions and answers and you will understand the types of responses wanted.
