job interview

Hello! Ok so here is some background info before I ask the question. I have been a nurse for about 5 years now. I worked at a hospital for 3 years and then met my now husband and moved an hour away so we could live together. The hour drive was getting to be too much and I found out I was pregnant. I wasn't able to get a job at a hospital where I am now in worcester ma so I currently work at a sub acute rehab. I work 7a-7p and don't need to pay for daycare. My husband is on call all the time which sucks. I miss the hospital. I recently had an interview for a position in the er but it is for 3-11. I would have to find daycare or a nanny for my 16 month old. If I get offered it I'm not sure what to do. Do I stay where I am comfortable and see my daughter more or go take chance and get my foot in the door?
