Are they asking for drops per minute?

If you are looking for drops per min, you are starting with 200 mL/h and have to end up with drops/min. You have to change mL to gtts and h to min. You will use the ratios 15 gtt/mL and 60 min/h to do this.

Start off by writing 200 mL/h = gtt/min. Now insert the ratios so that mL cancel out and leave gtt, and h cancel out and leave min. You can flip the ratios upside down if needed. I attached a mini lesson if you are interested.
