Try distance education through Grant Macewan university in Edmonton.(Initiation of Intravenous Therapy) Some of the places will provide on the job training, depends on the unit, clinic ect.

Try Bow Valley or Mt. Royal. Often things like that are offered by schools that have nursing programmes.

Alberta Health Services provides it to employees because you must have three supervised starts to start indepently in the facility you are working in.
