IV administration

I have been told by my DON that it is now ok for LPN's to start / hang and flush PICC lines. Is she correct or am I doing something out of my scope.. I cant find anything about this online,

I am a PN in Canada and we can do these things if we attend the education session provided by our employer.Are you talking about IVs or PICC lines? Two different things. We can start IVs.
