I am not sure what ISU is but I applied to WGU b/c of the ability to self pace and the CCNE accreditation. Just be forewarned that they may tell you all your courses transfer and you only need the 7 core nursing courses but you wont find that out until right before you start. I was told I only needed 7 NSG and nutrition, now its 7 NSG, nutrition, college algebra (even though I have stats) english and biochemistry (even though I have chemistry). So it can be a bit tricky. If you don't mind having to take some extra courses and like self paced then WGU might be for you.
