My wife just passed NCLEX this mounth and I really need your help especially those who have already landed a job as RNs in hospitals there in ny. She is a foreign graduate and she is currently working as a shift supervisor(pediatric class) nurse and ICU graduate here in Israel. My question is, would employers of hospitals in NY accept my non US hospital experience (if ever I get accepted in a hospital here) inorder to get a job as an RN there? I really need your help. Your advices are much appreciated. Thank you!

Also trying to find a employer in NY for sponsorship will be hard due to the high amount of local nurses looking for work
