The mileage reimbursement seems a little low but you can take the difference (federal regulations allow something like $0.56 per mile) on your taxes. Salary seems reasonable to me but it depends on your area what is reasonable. How does the point system work? The per visit rates also seem reasonable.

Yeah I thought the gas was low. I countered and got them to increase salary to 65,000 average is around 67k for my area. I figure since I'm new to home health that's pretty reasonable, also its an increase from my 63k I currently am making. I have to maintain 50 points every two weeks...I think socs are 2 points and revisits 1. Benefits are crazy expensive if Im reading it right...will be checking if private is better!
