I first interviewed back in November, I graduate in May, earlier this week I got called to interview again for the same floor. Obviously the first time they didn't hire said that they were still looking. Could anyone give me some advice on this interviewing thing. I hate the questions of your weaknesses and strenghts and why should we hire you. I have a hard time bragging myself up. So any comments would be appreciated. I interview on the 8th for the second time same people.

When I was asked during interviews about my weaknesses, I usually say I'm a perfectionist. It's kind of a weakness that easily can be seen as your strength. Don't be too shy. When they will ask why they should hire you, say your patients will be getting the best possible care because you are going to do your best, that you are responsible and dependable etc.
When I was getting ready for my interview, I found on internet a list of many questions that are commonly asked by interviewers, and tried to answer each of them. It helped me a lot, so you can do same thing. If you are shy around strangers, you can practice in front of the mirrow, or just say you answers aloud until you'll feel more comfortable. Bring some examples of your interactions with patients or their family members that you have encountered during your clinicals, showing that you can work with people, because hospitals are big now on quality customer service.
Good luck!

In my first job interview after graduation I was asked, who was your most memorable patient during clinicals, what did you do for that person and why. Keep that thought in mind. Mystic_fish0526 is correct, most hopsitals are focused on customer service these days. Good luck and keep us posted! :)
