Interview tips please

I have an interview at the local hospice as a HCA, and i was just wandering if anyone could give me some tips for the interview as i know i have the abilities required, but once im under preasure to answer the questions i clam up and forget what i wanted to say. also any good questions i should be asking at the end of the interview... my interview is on wednesday the 28th so any help before then would be very helpful. :up:

    what are expected hours? expected duties? how long is orientation? Who will be orienting me (nurse or HCA?) How long is orientation period? Any education courses or assistance offered throughout the year? Can I tour the facility (look for sanitation issues, loud talking, unfriendly faces)?
