I have been on quite a few interviews lately so I thought it would be helpful to post some questions that were asked.
Tell me about yourself.
Why did you want to be a nurse?
Any area in nursing you liked the most? liked the least?
Why do you want to work for us?
Tell me about your perfect day.
What do you do in your spare time?
Why should we hire you?
What have you been doing since graduation?
Have you had other interviews?
Tell me about one of your most difficult patients.
That is all I can think of right now but I'm sure there is more. HTH

Be prepared for behavior based interview. I have just had a couple of interviews. Here are some questions that I was asked:
Tell me about a time when your manager made a decision you disagreed with. What actions did you take and why?
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with an irate physician, patient, employee etc. How did you handle it
and what was the result?
Describe a situation where you advocated for a patient. What was the outcome.
Describe a time where you contributed to solve a problem such as staffing or cost containment. What was the result.
Tell me what you would do if you finished your duties early or if you had a light patient load.
How would you handle a situation where the unit was short staffed?
